Frequently asked questions

The answers to most of your possible questions

Q: So how does the process work?

A: You can get a detailed explanation on how to order and how the process works in this page.

Q: What blog platforms do you design for?

A: We design WordPress.org, WordPress.com and Blogger. If you are not sure about what works best for you? Check out our blogging platform comparison table.
All templates are coded by us and if you require a special feature, we can either code it for you or/and use a Worpress plugin to achieve it (depending on what the feature is). If you request we can also work with Genesis or Thesis frameworks (framework price is extra)

Q: Can you install WordPress for me?

A: Yes, of course! Just let me know when you contact me and I will add that service to your quote. The fee for this service is not included in any design service, so always remember to let me know if you require installation before we start with your design because this service is sold separately.

Q: How long will it normally take?

A: Every process is different. It all depends on the waiting list and how fast you respond to our emails. We DO NOT work on weekends, or holidays unless it is a rush order. We respect each costumer’s time and when the demand is hight it can take up to a week and a half from revision to revision. If you need your design or blog in an specific time-frame please let us know so we can give you an estimated of the current time frame, that way you can see if you will need to place a rush order or not to have your project at your desired date.

Q: How can I get to the top of the waiting list?

A: If you’d like to jump ahead of everyone else on the waiting list and and start with your project in the next 48 business hours you will need to place a rush order for an extra $300.00 – We still have to complete our other clients’ designs on schedule, so a rush order requires additional hours. To make the payment, you can click on the link in the footer and let us know about the rush payment via email or include it when contacting us and we will add it to your quote.

Q: How many revisions will I get?

A: You will receive up to 5 revisions (in the case of Blogs and Websites) and a different number depending of what I quoted you for the logos. If you require more than (five) different revisions (or the number I specify for the case of logos), you will be charged a $50.00 fee per revision. Therefore, we request to be as explicit as possible about the changes required every time a sketch is sent to you.

Q: Will you upload and manage the content on my website/Blog?

A: No, you are responsible for uploading all of your content (text and images). If applicable to your project I will set up your slideshow, but after I set it up you are responsible for updating it. If you are unfamiliar on how WordPress works, we can arrange a Skype training session for you to manage your content. Just let us know to include it in your quote.

Q: Will I lose content when you install my new design?

A: All of your contents and widgets will remain on your blog when we install your new template. They may be moved around, but you’ll be able to re-arrange things how you like after the installation is complete (in the cae of WordPress). We do always recommend that you back up your template and any widget HTML codes before we make our magic (sidebar content on blogger should be backed up since we don’t warranty it will be saved)

Q: Do you offer Pre-Mades?

A: Yes, we do. You can find all of our blog premade templates for wordpress & blogger at our Etsy shop. And if you are in needs of an easy and budget friendly Design for your business cards, we got you covered.

Q: How secure is to pay using PayPal?

A: We use PayPal for transaction management, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). So it’s safe to say that PayPal is one of the most reliable ways to make payments online.

Q: What are the Business hours?

A: Our Business hours are from Tuesday thru Friday, from 10am to 7pm. No weekends or holidays.
