We divided the process in 3 different parts, first what you should know before you contact us, what we will need from you after contact, and how the design process works.
Before we get in contact
You should browse our site, check out our Portfolio to make sure we are a good match. Also make sure you agree with our Terms and Conditions and are happy with our turnaround time and read our frequently asked questions, just in case we had already answer your concern.
Contact us
After you made sure we are a good fit, you should request a quote, so we can discuss all of the details of your project and set a start date.
Once the quote is approved, I will send you a contract for you to sign and return along with the invoice for your payment or deposit, once we are ready to start I will request for you to fill out our creative brief (the creative brief is a way for us to learn about you and your project, your vision and inspiration, so be ready to awnser questions about your business as well as your audience ).
Purchase hosting, domain or schedule transfer if needed.
The fun part begins
With all of the information we requested from you in the creative brief, we will make a sketch to send out to you, in the first email we will explain in detail how the process works for each project, we will add samples of the colors we used and fonts we recommend you.
When you receive your draft have a look, show it to anyone involved, and email us back with your opinions – tell us what works for you what doesn’t work and what you’d suggest changing. We’ll make the revision and send you over another draft to critique, most project come with 5 free revisions, but every project is different so remember to ask for more revisions if you’d like when requesting a quote. Once you are satisfied you’ll approve the draft as final and move on to the next step.
After the design has been 100% approved by you, we will install (code and upload) you blog and web projects and hand over your files for logo, print and illustration projects. Once your project is completed we’ll add a screen shots and details of it to our portfolio and ask that you write us up a short review. We’ll continue to be here for your assistance at any time. And if you feel like you need a little bit more help we have Skype training sessions available so we can teach you how to run your site and any other question you might have.
